California’s Consumer Privacy Act

California is starting 2020 with a new privacy act! As we’ve mentioned in previous posts, many states are adding additional privacy regulations in response to major data breaches in recent years.

The CCPA gives California consumers several rights around the use, collection, storage, and more of their private information:
